We encourage patients to call to make appointments. There are number of ways patient can send the referral letter and other information to us avoiding physical handling of papers.
We use telephone or video conferencing for most of our patient consultation during this time. If there is need for physical examination , Fibroscan or would need to come for face to face consult, we can arrange that on case by case basis. Please note standard COVID-19 screening questions will be asked.
We will either post the lab and scan requests or send them via secure electronic method to you.
We will ask patients and accompanying person to wear a face mask. Please use alcohol based hand gel to sanitize the hands upon entry and exit. We would ask patients not to bring more than one support person. We may ask patients to wait in their car till they are ready to be seen to avoid the congestion at the reception and waiting areas.
The patients who undergo endoscopy will be asked screening questions related to COVID-19 exposure. The regulations and guidelines regarding pre procedure testing, delaying procedures depending on the triage category can change at short notice. We will explain and would appreciate your patience and understanding.
