Fees

Consulting Fees are generally adjusted on 1st of July of each year. 

Pre procedure consultation and direct access endoscopy patients review are bulk billed. 

These fees will depend on whether patient has the Fibroscan at the first visit or at a later follow up. 

The fees patients have to pay to the endoscopy centre,  depend on which endoscopy centre  is used and the patient insurance status.  There are no out of pocket fees for Dr Arachchi at this stage . There are out of pocket fees for the anesthetist service. Please ask the reception about the fees.

The expenses for the patient who do not have medicare vary depending on the procedure, number of biopsies and the endoscopy centre used. Please ask the reception. 

Consultation fees are discounted. All  endoscopy centres have discounted fees for gastroscopy and colonoscopy . Please ask the reception. 

Discounted rates are applied for consultations, fibroscans.   Endoscopy centres may provide a discounted rated depending on the type of concession card.  Please ask the reception.
